## Our video advice on choosing hiking footwear

Our videos explain how to choose from a selection of hiking footwear. You will need to consider:

- your terrain: woodland trails, mid-altitude mountain paths, steep and rocky trails and more.
- your load: a light pack or a high-capacity one.
- your activity: relaxed or intensive, a few hours or several days.
- your footing: sure-footed or needing support for joints, balance or proprioception.

[0:37](https://www.rayonrando.com/en/content/21-video-advice-on-choosing-hiking-footwear#video-pHDB6FPiEX0-t-37) cheville.

Ensuite, si on veut vraiment quelque

And here is how to choose your **women's high-cut hiking boots**:

**Video transcript** — <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjII2I-wxg8>

Language: fr — Local automatic transcript (Whisper), corrected by AI.
