## Description

Rich in protein and fibre, lentils are an alternative to starchy staples, offering variety and helping, among other things, to maintain muscle development. Rehydrate with boiling water. Cold-water rehydration is possible, but it is advisable to prepare the meal several hours before eating: add the indicated amount of water, close the pouch using the zip and put it in your bag for a few hours.

Lentils 52%, vegetables 19% (onion 7.5%, carrot 7%, tomato 4.5%), sunflower oil, premium cooked ham 8.3% (pork ham, salt, vegetable stock (chard, carrot), cultures), potato starch, glucose syrup, salt, milk protein, sugar, garlic.

**Preparation:**

1- Spread the base of the pouch so it stands securely.
2- Gradually pour 200 ml of simmering water into the pouch, stirring with a fork to rehydrate the meal. A fill line inside the pouch helps you add the right amount of water.
3- Close the pouch using the zip. Wait 3 - 4 minutes
4- Stir again and enjoy.
