## Description

The **Sea to summit Ultra Light XR Pro Small** inflatable mat is an ideal hiking mat for **3-season** use in cool temperatures, with an **excellent balance of weight and packed size**.
This is the **shortest version**, allowing some users to reduce their sleeping mat's weight and bulk further.

## Lightweight, compact and insulated

The Ultra Light XR Pro mat is designed for very cool temperatures thanks to an **aluminised film that reflects body heat**. This achieves an **R-value of 3.6**, suitable for 3-season use in lowland or mountain settings.
This insulation, combined with **nylon** construction, keeps the mat's weight and packed size very low for easy carrying on wild camping trips.
A **TPU coating** increases durability during **regular use**.

## Comfortable and easy to inflate

The construction of this Ultra Light XR Pro mat **reduces contact points** with the body and follows its shape more closely to **improve comfort** during sleep.
Its **greater width** compared with equivalent mats allows more movement at night without touching the ground.
Inflation is easy using the storage bag, which converts into a **pump sack**. Blow gently into the sack from a short distance (see photo), then squeeze the air out with your hands: the Ultra Light XR pro mat **inflates very quickly** while limiting moisture entering it.
Once inflated, the mat reaches a comfortable thickness.
The Sea to summit valve enables easy inflation with a **non-return flap** that can be adjusted to fine-tune pressure for optimal comfort. Deflation is very quick and easy by opening the valve fully.
