## Description

The **pair of Compact trekking poles** from Fizan is **the lightest among 3-section poles: 158 gr per pole!**

This makes them ideally suited to long-distance hikes, where every gram saved is welcome.

For maximum comfort, the ergonomic grips are made of EVA foam. The **fabric wrist straps are adjustable in length**.

The poles' three telescopic sections allow you to adjust their length precisely, combining **walking comfort with low weight.**

They also feature a "Flexy Locking System" section lock, which is **lightweight and very strong.**

This system designed by Dupont ensures excellent section rigidity and **supports loads of over 100 kg.**

Given the quality of these locking systems, moderate tightening is sufficient.

Overtightening could damage the section.

Supplied with a set of 50 mm baskets and protective tip covers.

These Fizan Compact poles have three aluminium sections and weigh 158 g each, putting them among the lightest in their class, which is particularly welcome on long hikes where every gram counts. Their ergonomic EVA foam grips and adjustable wrist straps make them comfortable companions, with carbide tips. What kind of hikes do you do, and over how many days?

**How do you adjust these poles?**

These poles adjust from 58 to 132 cm through three telescopic sections secured with a twist lock, using Dupont's lightweight, rigid Flexy Locking system, which supports over 100 kg. Moderate tightening is enough to lock them securely. Walkers often adjust them to their height and the terrain. How tall are you?
