The **Collapsible Squeeze 1 L** soft filter bottle **from Lifestraw** is **compressible and durable**, with **effective, long-lasting** water filtration and great **versatility** in how you use the filter. Ideal for drinking water in any situation when hiking or travelling.

## A lightweight, compact and durable bottle

The Lifestraw Collapsible Squeeze bottle is practical and durable, ideally suited to **hiking or travel**.
Its flexible, **compressible** material takes up very little space in a suitcase or backpack. Yet it remains very tough, with enough thickness to **resist snags**.
Its **low weight** makes this filter bottle a sensible choice for long journeys where every gram counts.

## Effective, long-lasting filtration

The filtration system uses a **0.2 micron** membrane that effectively protects against **microorganisms** (bacteria, parasites and microplastics).
This mechanical filter allows use with both **clear and cloudy water**.
The Collapsible Squeeze delivers a high flow rate of **3L/min** from the filter, so you can drink without waiting. Its lifespan is **2000 L** (depending on water turbidity).
An included **cleaning syringe** extends filter **life** by backflushing pressurised clean water to remove impurities.

## A highly versatile removable filter

The Lifestraw filter inside this soft bottle is removable for use in several configurations:

- Placed inside, it takes up little space.
- Placed outside, it lets you draw all the water from the pouch, down to the **last drops**.
- Unscrewed from its pouch and used alone, it acts as a **filter straw** for drinking directly from puddles where water is scarce.
- Unscrewed from its pouch, it can attach to a **standard bottle** (Evian, Cristalline...)

**Other features:**

- Meets US EPA and NSF P231 drinking water standards for bacteria and parasite removal.

This LifeStraw filter bottle uses a 0.2 micron membrane that removes 99.999999% of bacteria, plus parasites such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium and microplastics. It meets US EPA and NSF P231 standards and works with both clear and cloudy water. What water sources do you expect along your route?

**How can I use its removable filter?**

The filter on this Collapsible Squeeze unscrews from the pouch for several uses. Inside, it takes up little space; outside, it draws all the water from the pouch down to the last drops. Alone, it acts as a filter straw for puddles, and it also fits a standard bottle. What hydration equipment do you already carry?

**How long does the filter last?**

This LifeStraw bottle's filter lasts for 2000 litres, depending on water turbidity, with a high output flow rate of 3 L/min. The included cleaning syringe backflushes pressurised clean water to remove impurities and extend its life. How much water do you plan to filter during your trip?
