## Description

The **Millet G Trek 3 women's** Goretex hiking boots are designed for hikers seeking **comfortable footwear** that is **flexible enough for a natural rolling stride**, while providing some **foot and ankle support**. These boots are well suited to even terrain such as the Camino de Santiago or mid-altitude mountains.

These Gore-Tex boots have a waterproof, breathable membrane.

## A good balance of comfort, natural stride and support

The leather and Gore-Tex uppers are soft, with padded ankles for a **comfortable fit**. The highly **waterproof, breathable** Gore-Tex membrane provides excellent weather protection while letting your feet breathe.

The **mid-cut upper** offers some ankle support while allowing good freedom of movement. This makes them equally comfortable on flat ground and fairly even slopes.

These boots have simple eyelets on the lower section and metal eyelets higher up.

A rubber **toe protector** at the front protects your foot without adding stiffness.

## Grippy, flexible Vibram sole

The women's G Trek 3 Goretex has a **fairly flexible Vibram sole with deep tread**, allowing it to handle uneven terrain.

A stabilising heel provides good shock absorption and excellent stability.

If you will be tackling very rough or rocky terrain, consider the [Millet G Trek 4 boot](https://www.rayonrando.com/en/men-s-hiking-footwear/3989-g-trek-4-goretex-hiking-boots.html), which offers more protection but less flexibility.

**Other features:**

Materials:

- Main material: split leather wr // water-repellent split leather
- Outsole: Vibram® Foura Evo outsole
- Midsole: dual-density EVA midsole

## Which size should I choose?

**Choosing the right size:**

- Measure your foot as follows: standing with your heel against a wall, measure the length of **your foot + one finger's width,** to allow a little extra room for comfort. This accommodates swelling as you walk and ensures your toes do not hit the end of the shoe.

![](https://rayonrando-medias.s3.fr-par.scw.cloud/products/content/97d644bc3b/w/375.webp)

- Refer to the shoe size conversion chart and compare your measurement with **the insole size**.

## A question about this product?

**Which size should I choose?**

These women's G Trek 3 Goretex boots come in sizes 37 1/3 to 40 2/3, with an insole length of 24.6 cm in 37 1/3 up to 26.6 cm in 40 2/3. Their soft interior and padded ankles provide a comfortable fit, and measuring foot length with a little extra room is a useful guide. What size do you usually wear, and what socks do you hike in?

**What terrain are they designed for?**

These G Trek 3 Goretex boots are flexible enough for a natural rolling stride while supporting your ankles with their mid-cut uppers. They suit even terrain such as the Camino de Santiago or mid-altitude mountains, with a flexible, deeply treaded Vibram sole. What types of paths are you planning to walk on?

**How do they differ from the G Trek 4?**

These G Trek 3 boots are more flexible than the G Trek 4, which give your feet greater protection on very rough or rocky terrain at the cost of a little flexibility. Both weigh 500 g per boot in size 38. Would you mainly like to walk on even trails or rocky terrain?
