How soon will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch all orders paid for before 13:00 the same day (working days).
If you place your order and pay by card before 13:00, we dispatch your parcel the same day (provided it is a working day). Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and exceptional closures (shown on the website). Otherwise, your order is dispatched the next working day.
For bank transfer payments, dispatch follows receipt of the transfer.
For example, if you order at 12:30 and pay by card, your parcel will be ready at 13:00 and collected by the carrier (La Poste, for example) at 14:00.
