What if the product does not suit me?
We may have a product better suited to your needs. Feel free to write to us using the contact form and we will advise you.
You can return the product for any reason, but please indicate the reason on the return slip to help us improve our range.
We only accept returns of new products in their original condition with packaging and labels.
Returns are free within France only, for the “men's clothing”, “women's clothing” and “footwear” categories. We offer only one free return per customer. Please note that our stock management does not allow us to handle orders placed to try on several items (for example, buying several waterproof jackets or several sizes of the same jacket): in this case, return costs are not covered. Please refer to the size chart on each product page and contact us if necessary.
How do I return an item?
If the product is from the “men's clothing”, “women's clothing” or “footwear” categories, first request a return label using the contact form.
Otherwise, follow these steps:
1- Download, print and complete this instruction slip: Download the return slip. It lets you indicate your choice: exchange, voucher or refund.
2- Place this slip in your parcel with the new product.
3- Send the parcel back to us at the following address:
