Delivery times and arrangements

We deliver to: metropolitan France (including Corsica), Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Ireland.

Orders paid for before 13:00 on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day; other orders leave the next working day. The times below run from dispatch. The carriers available depend on the delivery country; they are displayed with their prices before you confirm your order.

To a pickup point or locker

• Mondial Relay, to a pickup point or locker: approximately 3 days in France. The parcel remains available for 8 days at a pickup point and 5 days in a locker; after this period, it is returned to us.
• InPost, to a pickup point or locker (Spain, Italy, Portugal): 3 to 5 days.
• Chronopost, to a Pickup point (France): 2 to 3 days. You are notified by email and text message.
• Chronopost Europe, to a pickup point: 2 to 5 days.
• GLS, to a GLS pickup point: 24 to 48 h in France. You are notified by email and text message as soon as the parcel arrives.
• Colissimo, to a collection point (post office, Pickup point, Pickup Station locker): 2 days.
• Chronopost express, to a Pickup point (France): the following day before 13:00.

Home delivery

• GLS Flexible Home Delivery: 24 to 48 h in France. You are notified of delivery and can choose where and when to receive it.
• Colissimo, home delivery without signature (France): 2 days.
• Chronopost express, home delivery (France): the following day before 13:00. You are notified the day before by email and text message.

Delivery times are indicative and counted in working days; they may increase during peak periods (Christmas, sales). Maximum parcel weight: 20 kg with Chronopost, 30 kg with other carriers. The costs for each method are detailed on the Delivery costs page.
