LE THIERS GOYON-CHAZEAU Olive wood 12cm steel knife 5876
A large Le Thiers knife, elegant at the table or in the kitchen.

Goyon-Chazeau is a family-owned French knife-making house in Thiers, the historic cradle of knife making. Founded in the 1950s, it is known for outstanding craftsmanship passed down through generations. Each folding knife is entirely handmade in France, with attention to detail and impeccable quality.
It offers premium pocket knives, often in iconic regional shapes such as Laguiole and Thiers®, or exclusive designs. The blades use high-quality stainless steel, notably 14C28N or X50CrMoV15, and handles are shaped from fine materials: precious woods, horn, bone or modern materials. Every knife is assembled, fitted and polished by hand.
