Cycle 28 pannier backpack

The Vaude Cycle 28 bike pannier is a 2-in-1 pannier: a rear bike pannier that converts into a backpack once detached. The Vaude Cycle 28 pannier is mainly designed for urban cyclists commuting to work by bike.
 

The QMR 2.0 attachment system makes it extremely easy to attach and remove the pannier:

• An initial adjustment using a dial adapts the attachments to the rack, and an adapter kit fits rack tubes measuring 8 to 16 mm in diameter. The dial is very easy to adjust by hand.
• The pannier then clips on and off very easily by pulling the handle.

• The rack mounting rail removes with one click and stores easily.
• The backpack shoulder straps, hidden beneath a zipped flap, simply attach using a clip on each strap.

No risk of getting dirty:

The part of the pannier exposed to wheel spray tucks away completely when converting it into a backpack.

Conversely, the shoulder straps and back panel tuck away when converting it into a pannier.

You can therefore use the backpack without getting dirty or worrying about mud or water splashes.

A rain cover also protects the pannier from rain.
