How does the loyalty card work?
It is very simple. You do not need to do anything to activate your card: loyalty vouchers are calculated automatically when you shop. You can view them in your customer account at any time.
Earning your loyalty vouchers:
When you make a purchase, you earn a loyalty voucher according to the following rules:
- €4 when you spend €130 or more (excluding delivery costs)
- €8 when you spend €260 or more
- €12 when you spend €390 or more.
This voucher appears in your customer account (once the product return period has ended) under “My loyalty card”:
You will also receive an email notification.
Using your vouchers:
For your next purchase:
- go to “My loyalty card” in your customer account and click “Convert my rewards into a voucher...”
- then go to your basket (after adding your products) and click the “Loyalty reward” code: your voucher will be deducted from your basket total.
Your vouchers are valid for one year. They must be used with a basket worth at least €40 (excluding delivery costs).
A new voucher will be calculated for this second order and can be used on the following order.
