These spikes fit both trail running shoes and hiking boots. The elastomer material moulds closely to the shape of the footwear.
Nordic microspikes are easy to use, lightweight and slip easily into your rucksack in the supplied pouch. You can use them for trail running or short alpine outings to provide a basic level of security.
The steel front bar stabilises the spikes on the shoe. The 21 spikes measure 8mm, providing good grip on slippery terrain (mud, snow, etc.).
