Voyager 2 Exp lightweight hiking tent

The Robens Voyager 2 Exp is a 2-person tent that stands out for its living space, particularly its porch, and its robust 3-season construction.
It is ideal for long-distance travellers: in particular, it makes a cycle touring tent suited to cyclists on the Loire à Vélo or other multi-day trips.

 

Living space: room for luggage and equipment

This Robens Voyager 2 Exp tent comfortably sleeps 2 people, with extended living space making it ideal for long-distance hikers and cyclists.
This tunnel tent has a very large storage porch with a side entrance, especially useful for eating in bad weather or storing equipment.

Durability: a 3-season tent to face the elements

It offers excellent wind and rain resistance thanks to very strong materials and effective construction:

• Fire-resistant 75-denier polyester flysheet with a high waterproof rating of 5000 mm; 
• Groundsheet in polyester 75-denier taffeta with a waterproof rating of 10 000 mm;
• All seams are heat taped;
• 7001 T6 aluminium poles. 

It also offers good wind resistance: Robens conducted wind resistance tests on this tent, indicating resistance to an average wind of 160 km/h and a maximum speed of 168 km/h.

The easy external pitching system allows setup in bad weather: pitch all-in-one, or flysheet first followed by the inner tent.

 

Effective ventilation:

It also provides excellent ventilation through several clever systems:

• Adjustable ventilation at the end of the inner tent*
• The front door can be partially unzipped at the top
• Adjustable low-level side ventilation 

Its features make it practical to use:

• Adjustable clothes line for drying clothing and equipment inside the inner tent
• Side storage pockets
