Z-Lite Regular lightweight sleeping mat

For those torn between a minimalist ground mat and a comfortable self-inflating mat, the Thermarest Z-Lite Regular sleeping mat offers a compromise. Its cellular foam weighs less than lightweight self-inflating mats, while its 2 cm thickness is more comfortable than a basic ground mat.

However, its comfort does not match that of a self-inflating mat, and its packed volume is greater.
