12C27 is a very high-quality Swedish steel: it offers a very good edge, sharpens well, retains its cutting ability for a good length of time and resists corrosion.
Every component is tough and inspires confidence.
This knife uses a slip joint mechanism: a spring applies pressure to hold the blade open or closed, allowing smooth opening. As the blade does not lock, avoid heavy-duty use.
