The DOUK-DOUK Chrome 9cm stainless steel knife 61715 is a tough knife in a super-compact version with quality stainless steel.
The blade delivers precise, clean cuts.
14C28N steel provides a very good cutting edge, requiring occasional maintenance under intensive use, and excellent corrosion resistance.
This knife is carefully assembled.
Slim and light, it is barely noticeable in a pocket.
The slip joint holds the blade through pressure from a flat spring. The blade is easy to open and close. Excellent for slicing, but avoid pressure on the tip as the blade does not lock.
