DOUK-DOUK Chrome 11cm stainless steel knife 61815

The DOUK-DOUK Chrome 11cm stainless steel knife 61815 is a tough, timeless knife in a quality stainless steel version.

The blade delivers precise, clean cuts.

Z70CD15 steel provides a very good cutting edge, requiring occasional maintenance under intensive use, and excellent corrosion resistance.

This knife is carefully assembled. Lightweight with a flat profile, it slips easily into a trouser pocket.

With its slip joint system, a flat spring holds the blade in place with slight resistance. This simple mechanism is excellent for cutting, but unsuitable for tasks that put heavy pressure on the tip, as there is no lock.

Douk-Douk is an iconic French cutlery brand based in Thiers. Douk-Douk folding knives are renowned for their simple design and reliability. Their folded sheet-metal handles, ultra-flat construction and sharp carbon or stainless steel blades make them simple, effective, tough tools.
