The quality blade offers an excellent cutting edge.
The comfortable handle provides a pleasant grip.
The handle uses beautiful material: particularly attractive olive wood. It is carefully finished.
The slip joint holds the blade through pressure from a flat spring. The blade is easy to open and close. Excellent for slicing, but avoid pressure on the tip as the blade does not lock.
