Basque-style freeze-dried mash

The Naon Basque-style freeze-dried mash is a dish flavoured with pepper, paprika and Espelette chilli for lunch or dinner when hiking. Simply pour it into boiling water and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Potato flakes*, skimmed MILK powder*, salt, mild chilli* (1.0%), red pepper*, tomato* (0.5%), paprika*, garlic*, parsley*, PDO Espelette chilli* (0.1%), rosemary extract*.  

* Organically grown ingredients.

Cross-contamination: May contain traces of gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, soya, milk, nuts, celery and molluscs.

Preparation:

Pour the mixture into a container, then cover generously with boiling water (350 ml), measured cold beforehand
in the empty pouch. Stir well, cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Ready to eat!
