The MSR Windburner stove system is a 2-in-1 cooking system with an integrated stove and pot, designed to work in the toughest conditions.
It remains extremely effective in all weather, despite wind, cold and altitude, where conventional stoves can no longer bring water to the boil and use large amounts of gas.
It is ideal for 1 or 2 people hiking, ski touring, cycle touring, bushcrafting or mountaineering...
Works in all weather and conditions
The Windburner stove system continues to work perfectly in harsh weather (wind and cold) thanks to several features:
- Its radiant burner head combines convection and radiant heat for performance unmatched by conventional burners.
- Primary air combustion and the pot's integrated heat exchanger allow the Windburner stove system to work perfectly in conditions that make other stoves unusable.
- Its enclosed design, with the stove screwed onto the pot, effectively protects the flame from wind.
This delivers excellent boil times and fuel efficiency.
Boil time (min/0.5 l):
- wind 0 km/h: 2.15 min
- wind 13 km/h: 2.30 min
- wind 19 km/h: 2.45 min
A compact, easy-to-use stove
The compact integrated pot improves ease of use for solo travellers. It has an insulating protective sleeve with a handle, so you can hold it and eat directly from the pot.
All components store inside the pot, forming an ultra-compact, lightweight set for easy storage and transport.
The MSR Windburner stove system includes:
- Transparent, BPA-free lid with drinking opening and strainer;
- 1-litre pot with heat exchanger, insulating protective sleeve and handle;
