Potato flakes 39%, sunflower oil, freeze-dried CHEESES 18%, freeze-dried ham 10% (pork ham 8%, salt, glucose syrup, preservatives: sodium lactate, sodium nitrite, flavourings, dextrose, stabilisers: E451, E452, antioxidant: sodium erythorbate, glucose syrup, milk proteins, salt, parsley, turmeric extract, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.

Preparation:
1- Open out the base of the pouch so it stands securely.
2- Gradually pour 450 ml of simmering water into the pouch, stirring with a fork to rehydrate the meal. A mark inside the pack helps you add the correct amount of water.
3- Close the pouch using the zip. Wait 5 - 8 minutes
4- Stir the meal again and enjoy.
