The Ferrino Sling 1 is a lightweight 1-person hiking tent, very compact and easy to pitch.
This lightweight, compact tent suits hikers wanting to walk light without bulk. The Sling 1 tent takes up very little pack space thanks to its compact size: folded and packed, it measures just 33 x 12 cm.
Choosing a lightweight, compact 1-person tent means compromising on living space. The Sling lightweight hiking tent has an inner 220 cm long and 80 cm at its widest, with a tunnel shape narrowing to 60 cm at the feet. The 50 cm porch holds a single backpack.
Its flysheet is made from very durable polyester fabric, with a 2,000 mm waterproof rating. The flysheet and groundsheet seams are sealed. Aluminium buckles make the flysheet easy to adjust. Finally, the Sling 1's tunnel structure is designed to withstand strong winds.
The Sling 1 inner is mosquito mesh for good ventilation. The porch also has vents to complement the ventilation system.
One difference from the Lightent 1 is its front entrance with a porch, handy for easy access.
For better living space, the Sling 2 tent for 1-2 people offers a larger inner while still weighing under 2 kg in total.
