The Therm A Rest NeoAir Venture inflatable sleeping mat lets you hike light with better thermal protection than uninsulated inflatable mats, while being more affordable than the rest of the NeoAir range.
This inflatable sleeping mat is twice as warm as standard air mattresses thanks to its WaveCore construction: a layer of undulating horizontal baffles that slow heat loss.
Compared with traditional inflatable mats, the NeoAir Venture is more stable and more comfortable. However, it is noticeably less comfortable than other NeoAir mats. These use a triangular baffle system that provides excellent stability, contours to the body like a bed mattress and offers greater insulation. They are also thicker (5 cm for the NeoAir Venture versus 6.3 to 7.6 cm for other mats in the range).
The fabrics used for the NeoAir Venture also ensure excellent strength and puncture resistance. It packs down very compactly.
It features Thermarest's new Winglock valve for faster, more reliable inflation. This valve prevents air flowing back out during inflation.
The NeoAir Venture mat comes with a pump sack for effortless inflation.
Finally, we offer the NeoAir Trekker Chair kit, which turns your NeoAir mat into a comfortable chair.
