Self-heating chicken and cheese pasta Bolognese meal

This Trek'n'eat chicken and cheese pasta Bolognese freeze-dried meal is a hearty, vacuum-cooked dish with a self-heating pouch for preparation without gas or a stove when hiking.

 

Ingredients:

Ingredients: pasta 40% (durum wheat semolina, egg white), water, minced chicken 19%, tomato purée, sunflower oil, processed cheese 3% (cheese, modified starch, milk proteins, palm oil, salt), fried onions (onion, sunflower oil, salt), butter, salt, sugar, garlic, starch, yeast extract, spices.

Allergens: gluten, eggs, milk

Preparation:

1. Open the heating pouch at the marked point.
2. Place the covered pouch inside the heating pouch.
3. Fill the heating pouch with water to the mark.
4. Fold the heating pouch and run your fingers along the edge to ensure it is folded correctly.
5. Place everything on a slightly sloping surface. Steam will start escaping after a few seconds.
6. Warning! Both pouches become very hot. Remove the food pouch carefully. Enjoy your meal!
