Self-heating Beef and Vegetables meal

This Beef and Vegetables freeze-dried meal from Trek'n'eat contains vacuum-cooked beef and vegetables, with a self-heating bag for preparation without gas or a stove when hiking.

 

Ingredients:

Ingredients: Water, vegetables in varying proportions 36% (peas, potatoes, carrots, green beans), beef 20%, sunflower oil, tomato purée, salt, starch, spices, onion, thickener: E415, garlic.

May contain traces of gluten.

Preparation:

1. Open the heating pouch at the marked point.
2. Place the covered pouch inside the heating pouch.
3. Fill the heating pouch with water to the mark.
4. Fold the heating bag over and run your fingers along the edge to ensure it is folded correctly.
5. Place everything on a slightly sloping surface. Steam will start escaping after a few seconds.
6. Warning! Both pouches become very hot. Remove the food pouch carefully. Enjoy your meal!
