Thermolite Radiator sleeping bag liner

The Cocoon Thermolite Radiator sleeping bag liner is an ideal mummy-shaped liner for improving your sleeping bag's insulation.

Its Thermolite fabric allows this liner to replace a fleece sleeping bag liner. It offers a similar warmth boost, with the advantage of being much lighter and more compact.

 

Please note: Cocoon claims a 9°C increase, but we feel this estimate is far too generous (and it does not correspond to a European standard as sleeping bag ratings do). Bear in mind that this liner provides extra thermal comfort without moving your bag into a different temperature category.

For example, if your bag is designed for temperatures down to 5°C and you expect sub-zero conditions, we advise against simply adding a liner, even a warm one: it is better to choose a bag designed for sub-zero temperatures in the first place. Do not risk hypothermia...

 

This sleeping bag liner lets you adapt your sleeping kit to cope with occasional temperatures slightly lower than expected.

 

It uses Thermolite fibre, which is water-repellent, lightweight and highly insulating thanks to its hollow fibres that trap air.

This fibre retains warmth in cold weather and helps moisture evaporate quickly to keep you warm.

Ultralight and compact, the Thermolite Radiator sleeping bag liner folds up and fits into its stuff sack very easily.
