Farpoint 70 travel backpack

The Osprey Farpoint 70 travel backpack accompanies you on trips and road trips thanks to its low weight, versatility and practicality. Once you arrive at your stop, you can leave the main pack behind and explore with the daypack.

Consists of:

• A 55-litre main pack with shoulder straps and a hip belt that tuck away behind a fully zipped cover
• A 15-litre daypack that zips directly onto the back of the main pack or clips onto the shoulder straps so you can carry it on your front, kangaroo-style. This keeps all your small personal belongings within easy reach.

Carrying system:

The main pack features:

• A semi-rigid foam back panel covered with ventilated mesh fabric.
• Lightly padded shoulder straps and hip belt, also covered with mesh fabric.
• Load-lifter straps.
• Chest strap with safety whistle
• Two large padded handles, on the top and side of the pack, for a secure grip when collecting your bag at the airport, for example.

The 15-litre daypack has a semi-rigid foam back panel covered with mesh fabric. Its ergonomic shoulder straps are lightly padded and also covered with breathable mesh. Two straps with two cordlocks at the top of the shoulder straps attach the daypack to the main pack.

Features and storage:

• The Farpoint 70 travel backpack has a main compartment accessed through a large zipped U-shaped opening. A large mesh pocket sits inside the main compartment.
• Two internal compression straps keep clothing in place.
• Two compression straps on the front of the pack.
• Two straps with cordlocks at the bottom of the pack can hold a sleeping mat, for example.
• A dedicated slot holds a label with your contact details.
• The main zip can be secured with a padlock.

The daypack includes:

• A main compartment with a storage sleeve for a laptop or tablet.
• A small zipped pocket with a key clip on top.
• Two mesh side pockets for water bottles.
