Futura Air Trek 55+10 SL women's backpack

The Deuter Futura Air Trek 55+10 SL women's backpack has a 55L capacity and is well suited to multi-day treks, particularly in hot weather. Designed to fit the female body, it prioritises carrying comfort.

Excellent carrying comfort even with heavy loads

The right back length is particularly important in high-capacity backpacks, which explains why few packs this size have mesh backs: their shoulder straps generally cannot be adjusted in height.

This pack stands out by offering a tensioned mesh back with height-adjustable shoulder straps.
These can be adjusted to match your back length precisely.

A combination of features ensures good carrying comfort:

• The pivoting Vari Flex hip belt follows the wearer's movements, ensuring excellent load stability.
• Ergonomic hip belt stabilisers, made from polyethylene-reinforced bilaminate foam, transfer the load effectively to the hips.
• Tensioned back mesh allows air to circulate freely.
• A continuously elastic, flexible steel frame gives the backpack its lightweight, flexible structure and provides the tension needed for the mesh back.
• Lightweight, contoured, pre-shaped aluminium stays transfer the load to the hip belt while increasing the stability of the tensioned back mesh.
• Ergonomic shoulder straps covered in robust 3D AirMesh distribute the load evenly and are easy to adjust in height.
• Load-lifter straps
• Elastic, height-adjustable chest strap for greater comfort.
