The compartment is split into 2 by a removable zipped divider. You can store your sleeping bag or wet, dirty kit at the bottom, keeping it separate from the rest. The suitcase-style opening gives easy access to everything without emptying the whole pack.

• Base reinforced with exceptionally durable Duratex.
• Deuter-Super-Polytex fabric: woven from 600-denier polyester yarn and coated with a thick layer of polyurethane, this fabric is lightweight and resistant to tearing and wear.
• Macro lite 210: this 210-denier nylon is highly abrasion-resistant thanks to its dense weave. It also has a polyurethane coating.
