The LE THIERS BJB Walnut 12cm stainless steel knife BJB.1008 is an attractive knife with an excellent grip, equally at home at the table or in the garden.

The fine blade grind provides an excellent edge for precision cutting in the kitchen and effortless work in the workshop or garden.

12C27 is a very high-quality Swedish steel: it offers a very good edge, sharpens well, retains its cutting ability for a good length of time and resists corrosion.

This knife is carefully assembled. A quality bolster completes the careful finishing.

The slip joint holds the blade through pressure from a flat spring. The blade is easy to open and close. Excellent for slicing, but avoid pressure on the tip as the blade does not lock.

This folding knife uses a Nail Nick opening system, a fine notch for opening the blade with a fingernail.
