LAGUIOLE LE FIDELE Full Olive Wood Handle 12cm Steel knife

The LAGUIOLE LE FIDELE Full Olive Wood Handle 12cm Stainless Steel is a high-quality gentleman's knife with meticulous craftsmanship on both handle and blade. It will impress when brought out at the table with guests, for example.

12C27 is a very high-quality Swedish steel: it offers a very good edge, sharpens well, retains its cutting ability for a good length of time and resists corrosion.

The blade is razor-sharp out of the box, allowing effortless cutting.

The handle feels very comfortable, using beautiful materials: olive wood, with a characteristic scent and highly attractive grain.

Carefully crafted decorative filework completes this knife's impeccable appearance.

The slip joint mechanism holds the blade open using a spring that resists opening and closing. The blade is easy to handle but does not lock, so avoid putting pressure on the tip.

This knife opens with two hands using the Nail Nick opening system, a shallow notch machined into the flat of the blade.

Le Fidèle is a French artisan cutlery brand based in Thiers. It designs tough, elegant traditional folding knives with stainless or carbon steel blades and wood, horn or modern-material handles, respecting French knife-making expertise.
