Freeze-dried pasta bolognese

 This classic pasta bolognese provides a large, hearty portion for 2 people.

Ingredients:

Pasta (durum WHEAT semolina) 39%, sunflower oil, tomato 10%, minced beef 9%, freeze-dried EMMENTAL, beef fat, carrot 4%, LACTOSE, beef stock, onion 1.3%, salt, potato starch, vegetable fibre, sugar, herbs, MILK proteins, pepper, antioxidant: rosemary extracts.

Packed in a protective atmosphere.

May contain traces of: crustaceans - eggs - fish - soya - nuts - celery - sulphites

Preparation:

Step 1: Spread out the base of the pouch so it stands securely.

Step 2: Gradually pour water into the pouch up to the indicated level (see table), stirring with a spoon.

Step 3: Close the pouch using the zip. Leave for the stated time (see table) to finish rehydrating.

Step 4: Stir again and enjoy.
