E+Lite emergency headtorch

This Petzl E+Lite emergency headtorch is ultra-compact and ultralight: 26 g! 

It fits in a pocket and can stay with you at all times, ready to use. It can be stored for 10 years with its batteries in a backpack, jacket, first aid kit, etc. Its 2 lithium batteries (included) ensure resistance to extreme temperatures: from -30°C to +60°C.

This emergency headtorch has an elastic adjustment system with a cord lock incorporating a whistle.

It features 2 light sources: 3 white LEDs and 1 red LED. It also offers 5 lighting modes:

• 3 white light modes (maximum, economy and flashing)
• 2 red light modes (maximum and flashing)

 

The white LEDs deliver up to 50 lumens (at full power), illuminating up to 10 metres so you can move easily in the dark. This headtorch is well suited to camping and emergencies. For night walking, we recommend a slightly more powerful model such as the Tikka headtorch (Petzl).

In emergencies, the flashing white or red LEDs make you visible from a distance for up to 95 H.

 

Modes are easily changed using a rotary switch. This switch locks to prevent accidental activation during storage, avoiding unnecessary battery drain.
