The Sea to Summit Spark -9C Regular down sleeping bag is designed for cold conditions, with outstanding performance in terms of light weight, compactness and thermal protection.

It is ideal for hikers or mountaineers seeking minimal weight and bulk with maximum warmth and comfort.

It has 480 g of goose down with an outstanding fill power of 850 cuin.

 

This down benefits from Ultra-Dry Down treatment, which helps it:

• avoid absorbing moisture;
• retain its natural loft;
• dry more quickly;
• repel microbes and bacteria.

The hydrophobic polymer treatment helps retain 60% more loft in damp conditions and absorb 30% less moisture than a conventional down sleeping bag.

Its fully baffled construction distributes this high-performance fill evenly.

The vertical baffles around the torso contain extra fill to provide more warmth in this area. The vertical and horizontal baffle construction prevents the down from shifting and keeps it evenly distributed to avoid cold spots. 

The 10D nylon fabric keeps weight and packed size to a minimum.

It is water-repellent and very durable.

The 10D nylon lining gives the sleeping bag excellent breathability.

The overall construction is of excellent quality:

• YKK zip along 3/4 of the bag's length, with an anti-snag feature and insulating draught tube
• hood easily adjusted with an elasticated drawcord and cord lock.
