The LAGUIOLE ANTAN Saint-Martin wood matt stainless bolsters 12cm knife is a beautiful Laguiole pairing a warm Saint-Martin wood handle with very elegant matt bolsters.

The fine blade grind provides an excellent edge for precision cutting in the kitchen and effortless work in the workshop or garden.

12C27 is a very high-quality Swedish steel: it offers a very good edge, sharpens well, retains its cutting ability for a good length of time and resists corrosion.

The handle and blade are well balanced.

This folding knife features a Nail Nick opening system, a notch in the blade that you engage with a fingernail to open it using two hands.

The slip joint holds the blade through pressure from a flat spring. The blade is easy to open and close. Excellent for slicing, but avoid pressure on the tip as the blade does not lock.
