LAGUIOLE ANTAN Chestnut matt stainless bolsters 12cm knife ANT.11
The distinctive grain of chestnut in an attractive, light-coloured Laguiole with elegant decorative filework.
The LAGUIOLE ANTAN Chestnut matt stainless bolsters 12cm knife offers the distinctive grain of chestnut in a carefully assembled design with a sharp blade.
The chestnut handle is beautiful, on a carefully assembled knife.
Careful decorative filework completes this knife's immaculate appearance.
The fine blade grind provides an excellent edge for precision cutting in the kitchen and effortless work in the workshop or garden.
12C27 is a very high-quality Swedish steel: it offers a very good edge, sharpens well, retains its cutting ability for a good length of time and resists corrosion.
The handle and blade are well balanced.
This knife features a Nail Nick opening system, a small, discreet notch in the blade.
With its slip joint system, a flat spring holds the blade in place with slight resistance. This simple mechanism is excellent for cutting, but unsuitable for tasks that put heavy pressure on the tip, as there is no lock.
